Mbabane Highlanders Football Club has disassociated itself from all reports written by some media houses involving the team and a certain South African business guru.
In a statement released by the club, all stakeholders including supporters would be informed of any engagements with potential investors through the proper club channels.

The team had been previously reported to be engaging with Durban businesswoman Shaun Mkhize, a move that allegedly resulted in a division between its patrons and the subsequent resignation of Managing Director Bheki Rubber Simelane two months into the position.
