Not famous? No problem. Isizwe Recruitment Agency wants real, relatable Eswatini influencers for Pick n Pay.
Isizwe Recruitment Agency, a proudly African talent solutions company, is on a mission to find Eswatini’s most relatable Micro Influencers for a groundbreaking collaboration with one of South Africa’s top retailers Pick n Pay.

Musa Mantinto of Isizwe Recruitment Agency shared the exciting news, stating that they were not looking for celebrities or polished perfection but real people, people who inspire their communities and are proud of who they are.
“That’s what brands like Pick n Pay value now,” he said.
He said the agency was currently recruiting Micro Influencers, people with between 1 000 and 15 000 followers on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok to work on both Pick n Pay Grocery and Pick n Pay Clothing campaigns.
He said the opportunity was open to all Eswatini-based content creators, regardless of age.

“Minors can apply through a parent or guardian.
“We want individuals who reflect everyday life whether you’re a young mom sharing recipes, a university student showing off your weekend fits or someone passionate about community work, there’s space for you. As long as you’re authentic and consistent, you could be Pick n Pay’s next face,” he said.

According to Isizwe, ideal candidates were people who want to grow their personal brand through professional guidance and reflect Pick n Pay’s family-friendly, South African spirit.
“What’s even more encouraging, you don’t need prior influencer experience. Potential is everything, as we care more about your story than your follower count,” Mantinto emphasised.

He said those selected would receive free Pick n Pay products or clothing to showcase, paid campaign opportunities, mentorship and development from Isizwe Recruitment Agency.
“This isn’t just a campaign it’s a Launchpad. Influencers will learn how to work with big brands, understand content strategies and build professional reputations,” said Mantinto.

He said interested candidates could email their portfolios which must include a short bio, social media handles, audience insights, and a few content samples to musa@isizweagency.com with the subject line:
