South African hip-hop sensation Nasty C has officially launched the seventh edition of his iconic Ivyson Tour, marking its first-ever pan-African iteration.

This bold expansion aims to bring the full Ivyson experience to cities across the African continent, engaging fans in a uniquely interactive way.
As part of the tour, he will perform in the capital city, Mbabane at a date yet to be confirmed.
The Ivyson Tour has always been a special platform for Nasty C to connect intimately with his audience. Unlike any other typical tours, Nasty C performs songs that are not necessarily chart-topping singles but tracks that hold deep personal meaning and resonate strongly with his fans. This approach creates a more authentic and heartfelt experience, setting the Ivyson Tour apart from conventional shows.

What makes this edition truly ground-breaking is the fan-driven concept behind it. For the first time, fans across Africa have the power to co-create the tour routes. Through TOORLY, the world’s first fan-driven global live events platform, fans can request that the Ivyson Tour visits their city. But the involvement doesn’t stop there fans can also suggest special guest performers, local support acts and even request the inclusion of Ivyson Gaming, an interactive gaming experience, as part of the tour.
The innovative approach has already revealed unexpected potential stops. For example, Freetown in Sierra Leone has emerged as a popular choice, alongside cities closer to Nasty C’s home in South Africa, such as Potchefstroom and East London, both ranking among the top five most requested cities.

Other confirmed cities for the second round of the tour include Abuja, Bloemfontein, Durban, Gaborone, Harare, Lusaka, Mbabane, Pretoria, The Vaal and Windhoek. However, any African city still has a chance to qualify for round two if fans rally enough support.
Nasty C expressed his excitement about the tour’s expansion, stating, “I get booked at shows across Africa all the time, but now it’s time to bring the full Ivyson experience to the continent. The Ivyson Tour is my baby, that’s where I bring out all my toys.” This statement highlights the personal significance of the tour to the artist and his commitment to delivering a memorable experience.

Named in tribute to his late mother Ivy hence the name ‘Ivy’s Son’ the Ivyson Tour is more than just a concert series, it’s a heartfelt connection between Nasty C and his fans.
The artist’s team has worked closely with TOORLY for months to bring this vision to life, ensuring that the 2025 Ivyson Tour is not just a show but a full experience that fans across Africa can shape and enjoy.
Fans who participated in the initial qualifier round earlier this year are encouraged to update their requests with suggestions of artists and gaming elements via Nasty C’s Instagram. This on-going engagement ensures that the tour remains dynamic and fan-focused.
