It, Kamo Mphela shut it down and left no soul seated at the Luju Food & Lifestyle Festival.
Stepping in as a replacement for the Afro-pop duo, the self-proclaimed ‘Queen of Amapiano’ delivered a performance that was nothing short of explosive.

Known for her electric dance moves and infectious energy, Kamo transformed the Luju Main Stage into a wild, pulsating dance arena.

Standard Bank Luju Festival organisers explained that scheduling conflicts had forced Blaq Diamond to cancel, but Kamo rose to the occasion, ensuring the Saturday finale was not a disappointment.

Confidence
With a fierce confidence, she powered through a setlist packed with fan favourites like Nkulunkulu, Amanikiniki and the viral sensation Dalie.

But the real showstopper was her latest single Partii. As soon as the beat dropped, the crowd erupted, turning the entire front area into a dance-off battleground.

“I thought the stage was going to collapse!” laughed Sihle Dlamini.

Another fan, Nathi Kunene, summed it up best:
“We came for Blaq Diamond but Kamo gave us a party we’ll never forget. She’s a whole vibe!”

Her backup dancers matched her step for step, creating a visually thrilling performance that had festival-goers glued to the stage.
