The Malkerns Country Club was alive with energy and excitement this past Saturday as the Eswatini Farmers Market welcomed over 5 000 attendees, a spectacular turnout that left everyone buzzing with joy and pride.
Founder and Festival Director Culolam expressed heartfelt gratitude and amazement at the overwhelming support.
“I am truly overwhelmed by the incredible number of people who came out to celebrate with us. Seeing such a diverse crowd from across the SADC region, including South Africa, Mozambique, Lesotho and Zimbabwe, fills me with immense pride,” she said.
A Colourful Celebration of Community and Culture
The festival was a kaleidoscope of colour and culture, with attendees of all ages embracing a stylish tropical-themed dress code.

From children adorned in bright floral prints to elders wearing elegant, vibrant patterns, the atmosphere was a beautiful blend of tradition and modern flair.
The day was designed to be inclusive for every generation — the younger crowd enjoyed lively dance classes, while adults and seniors mingled in the VIP and ground areas, all united by the festive spirit.
Music, Dance, and Togetherness
Conversations flowed freely as friends and families connected, laughter echoing through the venue.
The day and night live musical performances set the perfect soundtrack — ranging from traditional rhythms to contemporary beats that had the crowd dancing and singing along.
Performances came from returning and new local artists such as Young Zesh, Lady Sphesh, True Classic, Ayacity, Tribal Natives, Bavarah, Lady Zee, and many more.

Dance performances captivated audiences, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the region. Acts like Dancing with Busisiwe, The Little Girl Anele, Dudu RSA, and Gifted Kosie turned the day’s ambience into a visual spectacle.
Meanwhile, an array of games and interactive activities kept the energy high and smiles wide.
A Festival Beyond Farming
The Eswatini Farmers Market proved to be more than just an event — it was a vibrant celebration of community, creativity, and unity.
Culolam summed it up best:
“This day was a true testament to the power of coming together. It was incredible to see everyone, young and old, dressed to impress and having the time of their lives. We cannot wait to do it again next year!”
