Eswatini Mobile has once again raised the bar with the launch of an exciting new customer promotion that promises unforgettable memories, real cash rewards and a luxury international experience.
Fresh from the success of its recent “Win an iPhone 17 Pro Max” competition where customers who loaded E100 or more stood a chance to win, and three lucky winners walked away with the latest Apple device, Eswatini Mobile is now taking rewards to the next level with an all-expenses-paid trip to Cape Town.
The new campaign, dubbed “Cape Town Getaway with Friends”, runs from January 7, 2026 to February 6, 2026, and is open to both prepaid and postpaid customers.
Speaking about the campaign, Eswatini Mobile Head of Commercial, Nosipho Xaba, said the promotion is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to rewarding loyalty while easing everyday financial pressure on customers.
“We have seen how our customers respond positively when we give back in a meaningful way. The iPhone 17 Pro Max competition showed us that people are excited to be rewarded simply for staying connected. With the Cape Town Getaway with Friends, we wanted to go even bigger and create an experience that customers can enjoy together,” said Xaba.
She explained that the timing of the promotion was deliberate.

How to enter
To qualify for the draw, customers must load E100 or more during the promotional period. Each E100 recharge earns one entry, meaning the more a customer loads, the higher their chances of winning.
Once the draw is conducted, the selected winner will be required to nominate two friends to join the getaway. However, the friends must also qualify by having loaded E100 or more during the same promotional period.
“This promotion is about friendship, shared moments and rewarding loyalty. We don’t want a winner to travel alone, we want them to enjoy the experience with people they care about,” Xaba said.
The prize
The ultimate prize includes an all-expenses-paid weekend trip to Cape Town for the winner and two nominated friends. The package covers return flights, accommodation and travel insurance, as well as E10,000 cash for each of the three winners.
The trip will take place over a weekend, with winners departing on February 13, 2026, and returning on February 15, 2026.

Terms and conditions
Xaba outlined that the promotion is open to customers 18 years and older. Participants aged 18 to 21 will be required to submit a parental or legal guardian consent form.
All SIM cards used to enter the competition must be fully registered on VELA, supported by valid identification documents.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners must hold a valid passport and meet all travel and immigration requirements.
While Eswatini Mobile will cover travel, accommodation and travel insurance, winners will be responsible for any personal expenses not included in the package.
Winners will be contacted using the winning mobile number. Should a winner fail to be reached or not claim the prize during the live draw, a redraw will be conducted and alternative winners selected.
