As the countdown begins to Eswatini Customer Excellence Service Awards on October 31, excitement is building around on who will take home the coveted titles in the leisure and entertainment categories.
The awards, which celebrate outstanding service and influence in the country, have revealed their nominees, sparking conversations across the entertainment landscape.
In the leisure and entertainment venue category, four standout locations have captured public attention: Sibebe Resort, Mdzimba View Shisanyama, Ocean Cuisine and Solanis Lounge and Shisanyama.

These venues are well-known for their vibrant atmospheres and quality experiences, making them favourites among locals and visitors alike. Each offers a unique blend of entertainment, from scenic resort relaxation to lively shisanyama gatherings, reflecting the diverse tastes of Eswatini’s entertainment seekers.
On the individual front, Fakazile Dlamini of Eswatini TV is nominated for Customer Personality of the Year, recognised for her engaging presence and connection with audiences. Meanwhile, the Influencer of the Year category features some of Eswatini’s most dynamic entertainers: comedians Gogo Eswatini and S’lwane, known for their hilarious skits and energetic dances that have captivated social media followers, and the legendary hip-hop artist KrTC.
KrTC’s influence in Eswatini’s music scene is profound. A pioneer in hip-hop, he co-founded the duo Siyinqaba and has earned accolades such as the Tihlabane Album of the Year Award. Beyond music, KrTC is a mentor and youth advocate through his platform HeadCount, fostering talent and creativity among young people.
The awards ceremony will also host the Annual Customer Service Conference featuring prominent speakers like Eswatini Revenue Services (ERS) Commissioner General Brightwell Nkambule. The event promises to be a highlight for the entertainment and service industries, spotlighting those who truly shine in the country’s vibrant cultural scene.
