Ekuphileni Clinic has launched a Net Promoter Score System, an essential tool that will assist the institution improve its services through direct interaction with its clients.
The system was launched by the Clinic’s CEO Dr Nkhosikhona Dlamini, who explained that the NPS tool was a vital part of their customer care initiative and would help them identify gaps and dynamics they may not usually see.

The Sipho Shongwe Murder case continues continued today with all parties closing mitigation arguments. In its closing, the Crown tasked the Court with ensuring due process, judicial discretion and adherence to constitutional protections when deciding if the ultimate sentence is death.
Shongwe has been convicted for the murder of Mbabane Businessman Victor Gamedze.

MISS TEEN ESWATINI PAGEANT OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED!
The National Arts and Culture Council has officially launched the Miss Teen Eswatini 2025 pageant.
The launch was officiated by CEO Stanley Dlamini, who highlighted the significance of crowning a national beauty queen ahead of the Umhlanga Reed Dance ceremony.
He said the The Council was thrilled to host this year’s edition and looked forward to unveiling the next young ambassador of Eswatini.The event was also attended by the reigning Queen Mikaela Rudd.
