MTN FinTech has donated Science Lab equipment to Phakamani primary School through the MTN 21 Days of Yello Care Initiative, a programme dedicates to improving communities and empowering schools.
The equipment includes donation includes magnifying glasses, cylindrical magnet and other fundamental lab materials as well as sanitary pads and food parcels also school jerseys were part of the donation to warm the pupils this winter.
The recent donation marks a transformative moment for the school promising to enhance the learning experience for the leaners and expire a new generation of scientist.
MTN FinTech Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sam Shongwe says as MTN FinTech they are happy to be part of this initiative and he said the equipment will help the leaners to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.

“We always championed this donation to ensure equality in classrooms and better attention from all pupils. This donation will assist the pupils to concentrate in class and hopefully achieve better results in school,” he said.
Shongwe said the 21 Days of Yello Care intainative does not only focuses on immediate educational benefit but also aims to create a lasting impact on the community.
By investing in youth, Eswatini MTN is helping to nature future leaders and innovators who can contribute positively in the society.
Phakamani Primary School headteacher introduced as Ms Maphalala said the donation has come at a right time as it will expose pupils and open their minds to hopefully kick start them to a brighter future where they will be able to perform scientific experiments at an early stage.
