Miss Eswatini Temvelo Mtsetfwa has donated over 50 pairs of school shoes, as well as jerseys, tunics and hats to pupils at Ndlalambi Primary School.
The school is under the Timphisini Inkhundla in the northern hhohho region.

She further extended her outreach to Ludzibini High School, where she donated sanitary towels to female learners as part of her ‘Dignity’ project.
“Most pupils in rural areas walk long distances to school barefoot because their families cannot afford a full uniform. A uniform gives a student a sense of belonging. Without it, their ability to excel academically is limited.

“A school uniform restores dignity and promotes unity among students,” Mtsetfwa explained
Ndlalambi Primary School Principal Mandla Mdlul, expressed great pride in Mtsetfwa’s achievements.
“It is with great pride that Miss Eswatini is a product of our school. We are very proud of her. Dozens of our students have been struggling with uniforms, but today she has donated to them. This is a great gift to our learners, and we are very grateful,” he said. Minister of Labour and Social Security Phila Buthelezi praised Mtsetfwa for giving back to her community.

“It is not everyone who returns to where they come from to give back. This shows she was raised well,” said Buthelezi. “You have reminded me that I also need to return to my former school and motivate learners.”
The minister also donated E3 000 to the school. Meanwhile, Ludzibini High School Principal Sibongile Gama welcomed the donation of sanitary towels, highlighting the pressing need among their pupils.

“Sanitary towels promote cleanliness among girls. Most of our learners are orphans and vulnerable children who already struggle with other basic needs let alone sanitary towels. On behalf of the school, we express our heartfelt gratitude,” she said.
